Contracting

During construction, the First Hill Streetcar Project will issue a number of solicitations for work.  This work will create hundreds of living wage jobs and support our local economy.

SDOT is working with its lead contractor to provide information on upcoming contracting opportunities for prime contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.  The Project is committed to the effort of expanding opportunities for local small businesses that do not typically participate in major public work projects.
